## About the role

We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development to help shape and execute our inorganic growth strategy. You will lead M&A and strategic partnership efforts end-to-end — from sourcing and due diligence through negotiation, deal execution, and post-close integration. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations.

## What they're looking for

- 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate development at a leading technology company. Successful track record of executing M&A transactions
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and business judgment
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
