## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager in the Platform team, which owns Elastic Cloud's backend and Elastic's orchestration products. You will own our offering for the US public sector: the regulated environments that let government agencies run Elastic, including Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) and Department of Defense Impact Level 5 (IL5). This is a fast-growing part of the business, and you will work directly with some of the largest agencies in the country.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products
- Understanding of cloud technologies and developer-focused products
- Experience building for government agencies, system integrators, or federal resellers
- You have a proven track record of using AI to accelerate your work, while still owning the final outcomes
- You possess the ability to collaborate across functions and teams and seamlessly transition between different projects based on business priorities
- You can work autonomously, drive decisions and results in a distributed team by leveraging asynchronous, direct, and transparent communication
