## About the role

Elation is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team to design, build, and maintain products while aligning with business strategy and commercial goals. As the leader of the team, you’ll be deeply involved in the system design, development, and maintenance of these products, as well as leading and coaching a team of engineers. ## What they're looking for

- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, etc.)
- Experience building systems with AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience with server-side technology including Python and MySQL
- Experience deploying systems on AWS or other cloud providers
- DevOps/observability experience or strong interest in learning
- Knowledge of US healthcare industry and health tech
