## About the role

We are seeking a Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the development of both large-scale industrial low-carbon hydrogen fuel cell power and green hydrogen e-Fuel projects. You will be responsible for leading the technical development of these projects, coordinating closely with the project development team, our internal technology and project execution groups, and external technical resources.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of engineering and project development experience within the energy, natural gas, industrial, infrastructure, hydrogen, carbon capture, renewable fuels, or clean technology sectors
- Familiarity with carbon intensity, emissions accounting, carbon capture performance, CO2 storage or offtake pathways, and related regulatory or incentive frameworks is strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and competing priorities
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, environmental, commercial, legal, finance, policy, supply chain, and operations functions
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with project economics, budgeting, financial analysis, and development risk assessment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex project issues into clear recommendations and action plans, and to represent our project design to external stakeholders
