## About the role

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Quality to lead our quality function. This role is critical to establishing a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring product reliability, and enabling the rapid scale-up of our electrolyzer manufacturing operations. As our quality leader, you will define processes, implement systems, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality systems, manufacturing quality, or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve supplier quality performance in a production environment
- Proven experience building and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up
- Demonstrated success achieving and maintaining ISO 9001 certification
- Strong knowledge of core quality processes, including NCR, IQC, MRB, and CAPA
