## About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Development to support the development of large-scale industrial low-carbon hydrogen, fuel cell power, and green hydrogen e-Fuel projects. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing individual projects through development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution of key development activities from project conception through Final Investment Decision (FID). You will work in a hybrid capacity from our Houston, TX office and report to the Director, Development.

## What they're looking for

- 5–8+ years of project development experience within the energy, natural gas, industrial, infrastructure, hydrogen, carbon capture, renewable fuels, or clean technology sectors
- Familiarity with carbon intensity, emissions accounting, carbon capture performance, CO2 storage or offtake pathways, and related regulatory or incentive frameworks is strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and competing priorities
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, environmental, commercial, legal, finance, policy, supply chain, and operations functions
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities, including experience with project economics, budgeting, financial analysis, and development risk assessment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex project issues into clear recommendations and action plans
