This role will report to our Manager, Reagent Manufacturing and will be a 2 nd Shift San Diego based role . If you possess the following and want to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore this role.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelors in science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing/engineering experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic manufacturing
- Prior experience leading or supervising manufacturing personnel is required
- Relevant experience in the life science industry is preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 is preferred
- Advanced understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies, Green Belt training
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, able to lead shift start-up/Tier I meetings and small-to-medium meetings
