## About the role

EWV seeks an experienced and highly entrepreneurial Managing Partner to help lead the firm’s strategic growth, fundraising efforts, portfolio development, and platform expansion. This senior leadership role requires a proven venture capital professional with deep relationships across the LP ecosystem, a strong investment track record, and the ability to build institutional-grade venture infrastructure.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or institutional investing
- Proven track record of successful raising multiple previous venture funds through a strong network across family offices, institutional investors, fund-of-funds, and venture ecosystem stakeholders
- Experience leading or serving in a senior investment role within a venture capital firm
- Deep understanding of fund construction, deal structuring, portfolio strategy, venture economics, and LP management
- Strong knowledge of seed-stage investing and venture-backed company growth dynamics
- Experience mentoring founders and supporting early-stage company scaling
