## About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. This is a rare opportunity to define the government GTM motion from the ground up - shaping how federal, state, and public sector organizations adopt voice and conversational AI. You’ll work directly with the founders, product, and the broader revenue team to identify high impact use cases across government agencies and regulated environments, build the pipeline, and close strategic deals.

## What they're looking for

- Have 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations
- Have successfully closed complex deals within federal, state, or regulated environments
- Are comfortable navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles
- Have experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages
