## About the role

ElevenReader is our fast-growing consumer audio app, and creative is one of our biggest growth levers. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to deliver creative marketing campaigns, experiments, and to build the creative engine that powers performance marketing across every major acquisition channel.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in performance creative, art direction, growth marketing, creative strategy, or design at a high-growth consumer product or technology company
- Deep expertise with generative AI for image and video creation, with a strong understanding of how to build repeatable creative workflows with tools like ElevenCreative
- Experience creating high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, or other major paid acquisition platforms
- Experience with creative performance analytics tools like Motion
- Strong understanding of creative experimentation, performance marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization
- Expert proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite and modern AI creative tools and generative media platforms
