## What they're looking for

- Significant experience in a creative production, creative technology, or creative direction role - at an agency, studio, production house, or technology company
- A portfolio of shipped creative work that demonstrates strong taste, technical skill, and storytelling ability
- Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools - you actively use generative AI for image, video, audio, or text production and can demonstrate real output
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients or large brand teams in a consulting, solutions, or embedded capacity
- Strong understanding of creative production pipelines - video, audio, motion graphics, dubbing, localization, or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear creative opportunities for non-technical stakeholders
