## About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to help build and operate our AML/BSA, KYC/KYB, fraud detection and loss prevention, and sanctions compliance programs. This role will be instrumental in maintaining regulatory readiness, managing relationships with banking and financial institution partners, and ensuring our policies, processes, and systems support responsible growth.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of AML/BSA compliance experience at a fintech, bank, payment processor, money services business, or comparable regulated financial institution
- Hands-on experience managing relationships with banking partners, sponsor banks, or other financial institutions
- Experience building an AML/BSA compliance program from 0 to 1
- Working knowledge of transaction monitoring, customer identification and due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, investigations, and UAR and SAR processes
- Strong understanding of FinCEN regulations, the Bank Secrecy Act, and OFAC sanctions requirements
- Experience with compliance technology and operational tooling, familiarity with platforms such as Sardine or similar systems is a plus
