## About the role

As an Engagement Lead on the Future Platforms team, you will help found and scale a critical function at EliseAI: delivering our accounting platform from initial deployment through full operational adoption.

## What they're looking for

- We’re looking for someone who blends accounting expertise with strong execution and ownership:
- 6–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups
- Background in accounting or finance (e.g., former Controller, Senior Accountant, accounting consultant, or accounting-focused operator), ideally in a high-growth or tech-enabled environment
- Experience managing complex, client-facing implementations or projects
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, close process, workflows)
- Comfortable getting into the weeds with data, configurations, and systems
