## About the role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role on our legal team. You’ll partner day-to-day and support our Legal Counsels to draft, negotiate, and close a high volume of contracts and to support our deal desk. It's an ideal opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants to build deep commercial contracting expertise at a rapidly scaling SaaS company and grow alongside our legal function.

## What they're looking for

- Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or foreign equivalent), with a strong record of academic achievement
- Admitted to practice law in New York State with good standing, or willing and able to waive into New York
- ~1-3 years of legal experience (at a law firm and/or in-house) involving commercial and transactional work
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with customers and other outside parties
- Strong legal drafting skills
