## What they're looking for

- 1-5 years of experience at a high-growth startup or in another fast-paced environment, ideally in engineering, product, operations, go-to-market, or strategy
- Undergraduate degree from a top university, computer science or another technical background is a plus
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage high-caliber candidates across technical and business functions
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling
- Analytical mindset, strong judgment, and a track record of taking ownership and moving projects forward
- Willingness to work in person at our San Francisco or New York office 4–5 days per week
