## About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-driven Product Manager to own how we track, measure, and display the performance of our Voice AI, Sage. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will serve as the bridge between our complex data infrastructure and the value we present to our customers.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3+ years of Product Management or highly technical Business Systems/Data Analytics experience, with a track record of driving cross-functional data initiatives
- Technical Fluency: Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of modern data architecture (data lakes, ETL pipelines, data modeling)
- Preferred Technology: Hands-on familiarity with modern data stack technologies like Databricks, Airflow, and Sigma (or similar BI/visualization platforms) is highly preferred
- Operational Grit: Demonstrated ability and willingness to dive into manual troubleshooting, file resolution, and tactical operations to unblock implementations while building toward automated solutions
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with healthcare data (payers/providers), population health metrics, and basic clinical workflows
- Customer Facing: Experience designing, launching, or scaling B2B analytics, reporting dashboards, or data products that are consumed directly by enterprise customers
