## About the role

Design and build software tools to improve and enhance our intelligence collection and analysis efforts. Examples of such tools range from services deployed on Kubernetes to autonomous agents. This role at our ‘Adoptive’ level of AI fluency. That means we expect you to build and ship agentic systems into production, and take responsibility for how they behave when they get it wrong: evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and the honest judgement about where an agent should not be trusted.

## What they're looking for

- A track record of building and shipping production software in a commercial engineering environment
- Proficiency in TypeScript, with hands-on experience of React and Nest.js
- Familiarity with Postgres and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Datadog
