## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
