## About the role

This is a hybrid operator role for someone who is comfortable being hands-on with AI tools, telling our story to the outside world, and keeping the internal machine running smoothly. You'll work directly with the founding team across investment, community, and company-building workstreams. We're not looking for a traditional "chief of staff" who just manages calendars and decks. We want someone AI-native: someone who reaches for AI tools by default to build, automate, and ship.

## What they're looking for

- • 1 to 3 years of experience, in any of: startups, VC, consulting, studio/incubator environments, or a fast-moving operating role
- • Genuinely AI-native: you use AI tools daily, not occasionally, and you default to building with them
- • Strong writer, comfortable producing external-facing content in a clear, human voice
- • Organized and low-ego: happy to do both strategic and unglamorous work
- • Curious about the AI landscape and able to hold your own in conversations with founders and researchers
