## About the role

Own lead generation. Drive qualified leads across your channels, from the website to email, LinkedIn, webinars, and conferences, and continuously optimize conversion at every stage of the funnel. Run campaigns. Design and ship email and social campaigns that drive meetings and pipeline. Build the sequences, write the copy, measure the results.

## What they're looking for

- 3 to 5+ years in a fast-paced B2B environment in a Growth, Demand Gen, or related marketing role
- Demonstrated results across two or more growth channels: LinkedIn, email, events (webinars and conferences), or partner programs
- A problem-solver who uses data. You break down complex problems, figure out how to crack them, and measure whether it worked
- Excellent written communication. You can write outreach copy, campaign messaging, and landing page content that converts
- Intellectual curiosity about AI and technology. You should be excited to learn our platform and talk about it credibly with a sophisticated healthcare buyer
