## About the role

The marketing org that helped get us here is in Bangalore and ships at engineering-org velocity. We're building the SF team to match. That's the seat you'd be joining: one of the first marketing hires in San Francisco at a company already at scale, working alongside a global team that doesn't slow down. You'll do the work and you'll build the AI tools that scale the work, both at the same time.

## What they're looking for

- You've shipped something: a side project, a Substack, a YouTube channel, an AI tool, a Discord, a brand for someone you don't work for. You don't wait for permission to build
- You're online too much. You know which trends are about to break before they do, and you can write a hook that makes people stop scrolling
- Your pace makes other people nervous
- You'd rather build a system that does the work than do the work
- You have taste. You think "that's boring" is a hard critique
- AI tools are already how you work. If agentic AI isn't in your daily routine, this isn't the right fit
