## What they're looking for

- A portfolio of short-form, consumer-facing campaign copy (email, text, direct mail, landing pages, or paid ads) with stated results, not just creative samples
- Direct experience designing and reading A/B or multivariate tests, including ones that lost, and the ability to explain what you did with the result
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to build a repeatable production or QA workflow, not just to draft copy faster
- Comfort working from data and being wrong in public — you'd rather ship a testable hypothesis than defend a favorite line
- Nice to have: experience writing for healthcare, insurance, benefits, or another regulated consumer category
- Nice to have: familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable ESPs/CDPs
