## About the role

Partner with the Harness Engineer to design and manufacture high reliability submarine wiring harnesses for subsea deployment and test systems Perform precision termination work: cutting, stripping, crimping, splicing, soldering, and overmolding

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and troubleshooting complex wiring harnesses as an electronics technician, electrical technician, or similar role
- Strong practical understanding of connectors, crimping, splicing, shielding, grounding, cable management, and over-molding techniques and equipment
- Strong soldering skills, including fine-pitch and board-level work
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and dimensional layout drawings
- Experience with hipot testing and electrical test equipment such as digital multimeters, milli-ohm meters, and insulation testers
- Experience creating work instructions or build standards, and training others to follow them
