## About the role

As a Senior Spacecraft Systems Engineer you will join our System Design team in Sofia. You will play a central role in the architecture, design, and development of our next-generation FRAME satellite platforms, working at the intersection of all spacecraft subsystems — power, communications, data handling, structures, and thermal.

## What they're looking for

- Define, decompose, and manage system requirements — from top-level mission and customer requirements down to subsystem and component specifications — ensuring full traceability throughout the spacecraft lifecycle
- Develop and maintain system architecture definitions, functional block diagrams, interface definitions, and operational concepts
- Own and iterate system-level budgets (mass, power, data, link) and drive design trade-offs across subsystems
- Support the design, development, integration, and verification of spacecraft subsystems (EPS, communications, on-board data handling, ADCS, structures)
- Work closely with AIT teams during assembly, integration, functional, and environmental test campaigns, and support the resolution of non-conformances
- Interface with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers on technical matters — reviewing deliverables, supporting design reviews, and ensuring requirement compliance
