As a Technical Support Engineer for Satellite Systems at EnduroSat, you will play a critical role in assisting satellite development teams and customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and ensuring best practices for working with our satellite systems. You will be the primary point of contact through email and chat, handling complex technical cases and collaborating closely with software, hardware, and mechanical engineers to resolve them.
