## About the role

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers—offering guidance as they adopt and scale our platform. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go , C++ , Java , Python , Rust , or JavaScript )
- Comfortable in a Linux /Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker , Terraform , or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., AWS , GCP , Azure , or OpenShift )
