- Tech stack fluency. Deep experience with Okta (required), modern MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or similar), Google Workspace, and the Atlassian suite. Certifications welcome, real experience carries more weight
- Project management and execution. You can scope, sequence, and land complex cross-functional programs (domain consolidations, IAM rollouts, tooling migrations) on time
- Automation-first mindset: You default to automation. You have used Okta (or equivalent IDP) to power provisioning, and you know what a modern IT stack should look like
- Security fluency. You understand the intersection of productivity and protection. You've partnered with security teams on audits, access reviews, endpoint health, and incident response
- AI-curious. You explore how AI can augment IT operations — intelligent alerting, automated resolution, smarter employee experiences — and pull the good ideas forward
