## About the role

As part of the GTM Compensation & Planning team, you'll be a key contributor supporting the systems, calculations, and analysis that keep our sales organization running. You'll work directly with the Director of GTM Compensation and Planning and VP of Revenue Operations on high-visibility projects that shape how Engine pays, motivates, and plans capacity for our GTM teams of 300–500 people.

## What they're looking for

- Own the accurate and timely calculation of monthly and quarterly commissions and quotas across all GTM channels, ensuring every seller is paid correctly and on time
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team on all things comp — answering questions, resolving disputes, and clearly communicating results, plan mechanics, and pay timing
- Support the governance of plan policies — processing true-ups, exceptions, and new-hire plan setup — with accuracy, documentation, and audit-readiness
- Partner with Payroll, People, and GTM Finance to deliver clean, on-time payouts
- Build and maintain analytical models that support compensation plan design and quota, and lead initiatives to develop new plans and make changes based on business needs and new products
- Support capacity planning efforts to ensure the sales team has the right headcount, coverage, and productivity assumptions in place to achieve annual revenue targets
