## About the role

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist who leads with curiosity and thrives with real independence. People Operations at Ent is a team of one today, and there’s a lot still to build. We own the HR tech stack, the policies, the processes, and the employee experience end to end, across the US, UK, and Canada. Onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and program infrastructure are all being built from the ground up.

## What they're looking for

- San Francisco. Onsite, or within commuting distance and in the SF office on a regular (though flexible) basis, e.g. 2 to 3 days a week
- 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or employee programs
- Demonstrated ownership of operational HR workflows such as leave of absence, accommodations, onboarding, or offboarding
- Working knowledge of HR systems (HiBob, SequoiaOS, Checkr, Carta) and comfort learning new tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including employee-facing documentation and internal HR communications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders
