The ELDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the company’s custom learning curriculum.

- 3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of Manufacturing engineering, Product engineering, and a third assignment based on interest in either Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality
