## About the role

Entegris is seeking a new Senior Director, Human Resources to serve as the lead HR partner for our global Materials Solutions division. The new leader in this role will partner closely with the Materials Solutions President and leadership team to develop and execute talent, workforce, and organizational strategies that enable growth, innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation.

## What they're looking for

- Partner with the Materials Solutions President and leadership team to understand business priorities and identify the people, structure, and leadership actions needed to support them
- Advise leaders on organization structure, workforce plans, succession, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and people-related risks
- Lead organization design, restructuring, and change efforts for the division, ensuring roles, teams, and ways of working are clear and support business needs
- Support acquisition integration as needed, including alignment of leaders, teams, roles, work practices, and employee communication
- Build practical talent and succession plans for critical leadership, technical, operational, and commercial roles
- Work with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and regional HR teams to solve business needs and deliver consistent HR support
