## About the role

Own end-to-end relationships with insurance carriers and MGAs across HO4 renters, master policy, and device insurance lines Source, evaluate, and onboard new carrier partners based on appetite, pricing competitiveness, and geographic coverage needs

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in insurance carrier management, MGA operations, or agency management, with direct experience in personal lines (renters, homeowners, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience negotiating carrier contracts and commission agreements
- Working knowledge of state insurance licensing and appointment requirements
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and act on loss ratio, retention, and performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company confidently to external carrier partners
- Insurance license/ willing to get in first 90 days
