## About the role

The Product Manager, Utilities will own the product path that turns utility and building energy data into trustworthy sustainability outcomes: benchmarking, performance standards readiness, audit/RCx report workflows, green energy understanding, and reporting that asset managers and sustainability teams can defend.

## What they're looking for

- Direct multifamily or commercial real estate operator / owner experience
- GRESB or SASB reporting and document creation experience
- Credentials or coursework such as CEM, LEED AP, WELL, GHG accounting certificates (helpful, not required)
- Experience with utility billing, submetering, vacancy cost recovery, or energy data platforms
- Experience with local benchmarking ordinances or BPS programs (e.g., major US city/state programs)
