## About the role

Join Entromy, a growing, cutting-edge management insights platform trusted by 90+ private equity firms and 900+ portfolio companies to de-risk value creation. As Senior Manager or Associate Director of Executive Insights, you will deliver Entromy's signature customer debrief, sitting across from PE deal partners, operating partners, and portfolio company CEOs to translate data findings into actionable narratives.

## What they're looking for

- A seasoned presenter of complex business insights. You've delivered structured debriefs or readouts to senior stakeholders before, this isn't a first assignment of this kind
- Executive presence. You're comfortable speaking to senior company leadership and can hold a room of deal partners and CEOs
- A structured, hypothesis-driven thinker. You shape data into a clear point of view rather than a data dump, and hold that point of view under scrutiny from senior stakeholders
- A builder and codifier. You're excited by the chance to turn your own experience, and the team's, into the methodology and playbooks that raise the bar for everyone, not just work within a function that's already built
- A cross-functional collaborator. You're comfortable partnering with Product, Engineering, and the Customer Partnerships team, translating what you hear from customers into what the platform builds next
- Resilient & adaptable. You're built for a high-growth environment, where the pace and ambiguity are part of the work rather than an exception to it
