## About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer who is self-motivated, curious, and high-craft. Product designers at Envoy lead the user experience design of how employees and visitors interact with and manage their workplace. In this role, you will own key product areas within Envoy’s platform, while collaborating with other designers who lead adjacent surfaces.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, including various personas, pricing and packaging gates, and role-based access controls
- Experience conducting your own user research
- Ability to take complex real-world inputs and generate simple, intuitive design solutions
- Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., for prototyping, research synthesis, or design-to-code workflows) to increase speed and quality
