- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles within high-growth tech companies, including ownership of senior and leadership-level searches, B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred. Agency background a plus
- Deep fluency in technical roles, skills, and tech stacks — enabling credible, substantive conversations with the most senior candidates, hiring managers, and executives
- A track record of cracking the hardest searches — creative sourcing strategies that engage passive, diverse, and hard-to-reach senior talent pools through both traditional and innovative channels
