## About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and own hiring across Eon’s technical and customer-facing organizations. You’ll recruit for a broad range of roles, including Field Engineers (FDEs), Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, SCM, and other technical customer-facing functions .

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and/or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience recruiting FDEs, Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, or similar profiles
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-moving environment
