## About the role

The Master Integrated Scheduler is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across complex defense and commercial programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity, drive risk-informed decision-making, and support compliance with government and customer scheduling requirements.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree)
- 12+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler, Program Scheduler, or Project Controls Analyst, ideally within aerospace, defense, or another regulated program environment
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, including resource loading, baselining, and schedule logic development
- Experience developing and maintaining WBS-aligned schedules tied to contractual SOW/CDRL requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex schedule risk to technical and executive audiences
- U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements, ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
