## About the role

This is an exciting role in an innovative, high-growth defense technology company . The ideal candidate for the position is someone who has experience with developing automated test benches and special test equipment for high performance production hardware. In this role, you will work closely with a talented engineering team to design, produce, and support test systems and test procedures to enable the fast and automated production/test of fieldable products.

## What they're looking for

- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Test Engineering or an advanced degree without experience
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with designing and troubleshooting automated test benches for various types of hardware
- Familiarity with electrical test and measurement equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies
- Previous experience with environmental acceptance and qualification test plans
