## About the role

This is an exciting role in an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. The Systems Engineer – I&T leads the integration and test of complex electro‑mechanical defense systems across the full development lifecycle. This role contributes to requirements definition at all levels, develops test plans, specifies test station hardware and software, and oversees the creation and transition of new test stations and procedures to manufacturing.

## What they're looking for

- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field
- Minimum 5 years previous experience, preferably with experience spanning the entire product lifecycle (Concept to Delivery) OR minimum 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree
- Familiarity with Requirements and Verification Management tools, and Manufacturing Execution System tools
- Experienced in verification of system requirements
- Familiarity with electrical lab equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc.)
- US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)
