## About the role

The Supply Chain Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining supply chain compliance programs that ensure supplier and procurement activities comply with applicable regulatory, contractual, quality, and company requirements. This role oversees supplier qualification, onboarding, procurement compliance, supplier risk management, approved supplier processes, procurement documentation, and supply chain policies to ensure a compliant, efficient, and scalable supply chain.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years experience with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Procurement Compliance, Supplier Management, Contracts or Strategic Sourcing
- Working knowledge of:
- FAR/DFARS procurement requirements
- CMMC supplier requirements
- Supplier qualification processes
