## About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted partner for our health plans, from implementation through ongoing value delivery, and is accountable for year-over-year retention, growth, value delivery, and expansion. The Payor Partnership Manager works closely across internal teams to manage day-to-day client interactions, lead health plan reporting and analytics, and identify areas of improvement/innovation in line with health plan partner goals.
