## About the role

Extract and archive historical employee records, tax filings, payroll summaries, and signed legal agreements from ADP’s read-only database. Map, upload, and structure data accurately within Rippling and designated Google Drive directories.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of HR operations, administrative, or data coordination experience
- Hands-on experience with both ADP and Rippling platforms (HRIS and payroll data migration experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in data auditing, file management systems, and Google Workspace administration
- Deep understanding of HR record retention compliance, PHI privacy standards, and PII confidentiality protocols
- Proven track record of working effectively in a 100% remote environment
