## About the role

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for being the subject matter expert on all things accounting for the company. The Senior Accountant has solid foundational accounting knowledge and is eager for start up experience and the opportunity for quick career growth. The Senior Accountant will report to the Controller and will work closely with other members of the finance team and cross functionally with other departments.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive professional accounting experience, with exposure to complex close cycles
- CPA license
- Strong proficiency with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Netsuite and G-suite
- Experience with multi-entity operations or healthcare accounting processes and procedures
