## About the role

The Senior People Success Partner provides effective HR operational services and advice to business leaders to support the delivery of Equip’s organizational objectives and outcomes. The Senior People Success Partner is an internal consultant on all People-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent planning. This role acts as an employee champion, leadership coach, and strategic thought partner across all aspects of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of relevant experience serving as an HR Business Partner for a high-growth organization
- PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Self starter with demonstrated experience taking initiative to continuously improve processes and systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
