EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the Spring of 2027. Our mission to change an industry is not easily achieved. - Perform job duties in accordance with EquipmentShare’s vision, mission, and values
- Be an active member of the L&D Department
- Assist in establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with internal departments, branches, and field employees across the organization
- Support the strategy, implementation, and management of the organization’s learning management system (LMS) and related platforms
- Support the day-to-day operation, configuration, and maintenance of the LMS and related learning technologies
- Ensure optimal functionality, availability, and performance of all learning platforms, resolving issues as they arise
