As a Business Analyst in our Enterprise Business Intelligence team, you will engage with leadership throughout the organization to understand business challenges and information needs, assess data availability and quality, design data visuals, and implement endorsed information products. Join our busy collaborative team fully onsite at our beautiful campus in Redlands, CA.

- 2+ years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity supporting business intelligence
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills, ability to adapt communication style and message based on audience (peers, stakeholder, executives) and subject matter
