## About the role

Join Esri's Professional Services team as a Technical Consultant focused on system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise-scale GIS systems, with an emphasis on advanced deployment strategies such as high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes-based architectures.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems
- Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues in server-based systems
- Demonstrated ability to consistently apply a systematic, best practice driven approach to system engineering
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to customers, executives, and technical and non technical audiences
- Ability to travel up to 25%
