## About the role

We're looking for a Corporate Paralegal who wants to take ownership of critical legal work at a rapidly scaling company. You'll work closely with our Legal team and leaders across the business on corporate governance, financings and strategic transactions, Board matters, contracts, entity management, and other major company milestones.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal at a leading law firm, high-growth technology company, or similar environment
- Experience supporting venture financings, M&A, strategic transactions, tender offers, or other complex corporate matters
- Strong experience with corporate governance, Board processes, entity management, and maintaining corporate records
- Experience managing Carta, Ironclad, DocuSign, and virtual data rooms for a variety of diligence requests, transactions, and closing documents
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for complete and accurate work
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams at once
