## About the role

We are seeking an experienced ECAD Librarian to manage and maintain our schematic symbol and PCB footprint libraries, ensuring our design teams work from accurate, consistent, and manufacturable component data. Develop, maintain, and organize the ECAD library of Allegro schematic symbols and PCB footprints, ensuring alignment with design team requirements and project specifications

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in ECAD library management, including creating Allegro schematic symbols and PCB footprints
- Expertise in Allegro PCB Editor and related tools for symbol and footprint creation
- Good understanding of Part Life Cycle, EOL parts, and RoHS/EU compliance
- Strong understanding of IPC standards for PCB footprint creation, JEDEC package standards, and package dimensional tolerances
- Experience working directly with manufacturing teams to adapt designs for optimal manufacturability and yield
